For anyone wondering to activate them you just need to either buy an item from the shop/find a flower/send one and you'll get it. Whichever achievement it is. :P

Yeps, like Jordan said, if you had the requirements for the achievement prior to their release, sending a flower, finding a flower and buying an item from Esther will activate them! :)
